1.New flexible spunbond hot rolled hot air nonwoven production line


This production line integrates and innovates a number of new spunbond equipment technologies. It has wide flexibility and can produce various non-woven materials such as industrial filter materials, household filter materials, spunbond hot air super-soft personal care materials, etc. It is planned to be put into production in 2023 and can meet the needs of various nonwoven products in different application fields.


2.Bico elastic fluffy spunbond production line


This production line is based on the US$30 billion market demand for adult incontinence products, develops high-performance personal care materials, and achieves rapid iteration of traditional spunmelt materials. The design of this production line has been basically completed and is planned to be put into production in 2024.

3.A  disruptive technology


Cooperate with the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, national key laboratories, and large enterprises to jointly develop original technologies and jointly build a research and development platform from a high starting point to break through various environments such as cellulose-based new bio-based materials, PBAT petroleum-based biodegradable materials, and polylactic acid modified materials. Address the technical and cost bottlenecks in the large-scale application of friendly materials in the field of "disposable" products, and strive to expand the alternative application fields of product materials and enter the Western European and North American markets.



4.Innovation project

New flexible production line  project


Bico  spunbond test line



During the year, SINOMACH will complete the installation and debugging of the test line, and carry out process tests on various melt spinning nonwoven materials such as polyolefin elastic fluffy materials, sheath-core polylactic acid, PBAT modification, TPU/PP mixed fiber elastic fabrics, etc.



          New  bio-based nonwoven material preparation technology and industrialization project



Recently, SINOMACH and the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences held the second project progress seminar. The project team reported on the progress of various tests carried out according to the arrangement of the first meeting between March and April.

The slice synthesis and spinning experiments of cellulose-grafted polylactic acid were carried out in the doctoral workstation of the International Group Institute. The laboratory designed a number of test samples with different proportions, conducted material structure analysis and performance testing, and carried out degradation performance simulation experiments. . And try various ways to further improve the performance of the target material to make it close to the requirements of the melt spinning process.

Cellulose and biopolysaccharide ultrafine fiber wet nonwoven process technology



Recently, Professor Xia Yanzhi, director of the State Key Laboratory of Biopolysaccharide Fiber Forming and Ecological Textile of Qingdao University, was invited to the company for communication. Professor Xia introduced the exclusive characteristics of seaweed fiber in detail, and the two parties conducted in-depth discussions on its innovative applications in personal care products.
